| super cold run this morning went out for and came back in 21 minutes so cold

| went out for 16minutes felt gross cramps in my soulder and stomach should have waited longer before running.

| went out for 22 minutes in my lunarglide 6s first teast. went fine until the sides of my feet started hurting pretty bad hope i just have to break them in.

| went out for 12 minutes on a fast run just trying to break in the shoes. I also watched the sprints from last year state, online, i think i might be able to make in the 200m if i work hard.

| starting my blog up again. ran to the U of I track and did the sprint workout for today. Running warmups and then 7 times 150 m at 50 perecent pace felt okay I have a long way to go.
